💷 Cost: Moving On classes are typically low-cost, around £3 per session. They’re designed to be affordable and accessible for everyone.
🔵 Community Falls Prevention Classes
Think of these as your “defence training.” They focus on improving balance, coordination, and strength — helping you stay steady on your feet and confident in everyday life. Free for over 65’s and are chair based.
