Equality and diversity policy

Policy

1. Policy Statement

Fit4All is committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of its operations. We value the differences that a diverse workforce and client base bring and strive to create an environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, and where individual differences are recognised and celebrated.

We oppose all forms of unlawful and unfair discrimination, including but not limited to those based on age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation — the protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.
