Our history
Fit4All was established in 2014 by our director Jude Bailey. The Fit4All team are highly qualifed and experienced health and exercise improvement professionals with many years experience in the industry including with the NHS.
Since 2014 we have been commissioned by the Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin ICS to deliver the community preventing falls through exercise programme in Telford & Wrekin. This is a vital service which support people who have fallen or at risk of falling reduce the risk of them falling in the future, improving their quality of life. Though our monitoring, over 75% of our participants do not fall since starting our programme of regular exercise.
In 2024, Fit4All has launched with the the support of Telford & Wrekin Council, #MovingOn a gentle exercise programme for our 50’s to keep them active if they are unable to attend a normal exercise class, but also, to give our community preventing falls through exercise participants a slightly more active class to progress on to, if they are able to.
Fit4All understand move than ever that the work they do needs to be adaptive to the regions and our participants needs, have proved their innovation and flexibility to deliver impactful services. Fit4All harnesses the power of technology in the modern age to ensure that the day-to-day operations are streamlined to focus on our participants.
Our mission
Fit4All’s mission is to raise awareness of the causes of falls, and the importance of exercise to help reduce the risk of falling. Also, educating people at risk of falling, their families and carers in the correct procedure to follow if someone falls. In turn to help to reduce the long term effects of a fall.

Fit4All is committed to providing impartial, simplistic and person-centred education and exercise programmes to improve the quality of life of people who are at risk of falling.
